Transfer Fee is the Credit PIF imposed pursuant to the PIF Covenants on real estate transfer transactions occurring within the Project which, subject to application of the Tax Credit, are Taxable Transactions. The Real Estate Transfer Fee shall not be construed to be part of a Taxable Transaction, and shall not be subject to the Town’s tax on real estate transfer transactions. And you will have the best reasonable transfer fee for your services.
